Steve joined CGS in December 2019 and brings a passion for agribusiness to CGS from his career dedicated to serving Australian agriculture. With over 30 years’ experience in the crop protection, biotech, cotton and seed industries at Monsanto, Cotton Seed Distributors and Heritage Seeds, Steve’s approach to business is all about people, developing strong relationships and delivering sustainable solutions for customers.

Peter has actively served the agriculture industry with seed, technology, manufacturing and crop inputs for the last 18 years. Peter is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants and a GAICD. Peter spent his initial years as an auditor with KPMG and holds qualifications in finance, economics, marketing, retail and Industrial psychology. From 1995 he worked in Europe and Asia as a business analyst for a global corporate and in 1998 Peter relocated to Sydney as Finance Manager. In 2001 he moved to Narrabri with Cotton Seed Distributors and in July 2010 Peter Joined CGS as the CFO. Peter’s experience across corporate and customer finance requirements strengthens the CGS customer solutions culture.
Simon has been with CGS for over 11 years having worked his way up through various agronomy and branch management roles in both Queensland and New South Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Plants) from the University of Queensland, Gatton. Simon enjoys supporting clients across a wide variety of conditions and crop types in which he can bring his practical field experience. Simon is known for his ability to deliver innovative solutions to farming clients in order to deliver competitive advantages and ongoing growth. Simon’s leadership will assist our teams and our clients to continue their growth and success in partnership.
